Our Process

1. Submit an Inquiry

Tell us about your event, including your date, location, guest count, and vision for your bar service. We’ll use those details to recommend a package and provide a customized quote.

2. Customize Your Bar Experience

Choose the Bronze, Silver, or Gold package that best fits your event. We’ll work with you to determine your service needs, explore signature cocktails, discuss mixers and garnishes, and plan the details that will make your bar experience unique.

3. Reserve Your Date

Once you’re ready to move forward, we’ll finalize your service agreement and reservation deposit. We’ll confirm the details and keep you informed as your event approaches.

4. Plan the Details

We’ll coordinate your service hours, beverage menu, guest count, bar setup, and other arrangements. Have questions or need help deciding what works best? We’re here to help make the process straightforward.

5. Finalize Your Bar Setup

Before your event, we’ll review the final details, including the drink menu, supplies, setup requirements, timing, and any special requests to ensure everything is ready for the big day.

6. Enjoy the Celebration

On event day, our bartending team arrives ready to provide professional, friendly service and keep your bar experience running smoothly throughout the agreed service period. You focus on your guests and enjoy the celebration—we’ll take care of the bartending details.

  • Package hours refer to bartending service time. Setup and breakdown timing will be specified in your quote.
  • Alcohol is not included in package prices. Beverage purchasing and service arrangements must be agreed upon in advance and comply with applicable Michigan laws.
  • Guest capacity depends on the event size, drink menu, venue layout, and number of bartenders. Additional staffing may be required.
